Bailey E. Strohmeyer
As a Senior Associate Attorney, Bailey focuses her practice on advising and defending healthcare professionals and organizations across Texas. She represents clients in claims and lawsuits as well as licensing matters before the Texas Medical Board, the Texas Board of Nursing, the Texas State Board of Dental Examiners, and the Texas Board of Veterinary Medical Examiners.
Bailey takes a proactive approach to client advocacy, working closely with healthcare providers to resolve disputes efficiently while minimizing disruption to their practices. She also has a particular interest in conducting jury research, including focus groups and mock trials, to inform early case assessments and refine themes and theories in advance of mediation, arbitration, or trial.
